Stress awareness month 2019

April is stress awareness month and many of you who are reading this, have probably suffered from it at some point. Stress can be caused by a significant amount of factors including big life events, injuries, medical conditions, lack of sleep, lack of relaxation and the list goes on.

Did you know that low-frequency PEMF therapy could help? A lack of relaxation is a leading cause of stress-related illness.  When using a PEMF therapy system at a low frequency it helps your body to enter a more relaxed state.
