Meditating with PEMF
Today is World Meditation Day, which aims to be a gentle reminder that if you are looking for a way to help relieve stress and become calmer, that meditation is an option to do so.
Mindfulnessbox has come up with 6 ways that you could implement meditation into your life, and these include:
- Try something related to meditation (like yoga)
- Join a group meditation
- Download a mindfulness app
- Promote meditation in your school or workplace
- Try a new meditation technique
- Do a meditation challenge
Well, here at NewMed we have come up with that extra 7th way that you could implement meditation into your life… with PEMF!
PEMF therapy is very useful for deep relaxation and is often used alongside more traditional techniques such as breathing exercises and meditation. PEMF therapy has programs that induce an alpha state in which the mind is awakened, yet relaxed, and ready to learn while retaining much more without constant reviewing. It has been found that low-frequency Theta-waves (4-8 Hz) are particularly useful for deep meditation and inducing sleep. There are even PEMF devices that have specific programs that are tailored for meditating, such as the Neorhythm Pad which has 6 programs including ‘Improve Meditation’ and ‘Deepen Relaxation’ which would be more than ideal to use alongside meditation!
Are you thinking of implementing both PEMF and meditation into your wellness routine? Why not get in touch with one of our team today and find the best device to suit your needs!

Hi there,
I just came across your article and it really resonated with me. I’ve been meditating for some time and also regularly use a PEMF device. Over time, I’ve found that combining the two creates a powerful synergy for healing, especially when it comes to stress relief and chronic pain.
I’ve created a series of guided meditations and visualizations specifically designed to complement PEMF therapy—targeting specific areas of the body that may need extra support, as well as promoting deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.
I’d love for you to check out my work at meditations.mjcassese.com, and if you’re interested in a sample meditation, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to share!
Warmly,
MJ Cassese
It’s great to see you’ve seen the benefits of PEMF therapy for healing your stress and chronic pain!
