PEMF therapy for animals
Today is World Animal Day so we thought it would be a good day to do an article about Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy and animals.
World Animal Day celebrates animals and raises awareness of animal welfare, to give animals a better future. We really care about animals here at NewMed and want to spread the word about PEMF therapy for animals as we know it can have a great effect on them. They respond to the therapy really well and much quicker than us humans do.
PEMFs (Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields) are being used on people’s pets and livestock daily around the globe. You may have heard about PEMF therapy for horses. The therapy is commonly used on horses to improve their performance or to prevent or help them with recovery from injury.
We have also recently heard that cows are using PEMF for things such as treating udder problems, increase gestation, for immobilisation and regulating milk protein content. And we have had a customer who has used PEMFs for their guinea pig. So it’s not just for people it’s for animals big and small!
Here is a list of some of the things PEMF therapy can help animals with:
- Wound healing
- Vital functions
- Skin and coat
PEMF therapy devices for animals are available to buy on the NewMed Ltd online shop along with other information about PEMFs.
